You will receive a cd of the photos at the end of the photo shoot (no waiting!). You will receive a fully compliant non branded tour for linking into RMLS and a branded tour with company logo for use in Realtor.com and UNLIMITED linking to your website and other advertisements. Each tour is self running and does not require the home buyer to press any buttons! The tours feature a seamless blend of Panoramic scenes supported with free flowing  still photos that flow across the screen to create the   perfect home presentation. For maximum view times all the tours have agent controlled background music and an audio introduction and exit. Not only are our tours designed to maximize internet exposure on Realtor.com and other internet sites but also to create opportunities for the real estate agent to capture all the possible buyer leads by placing an email link inside the tour, the agents phone #, and a link to the agents website. Each tour includes a standard link to aerial and map view with 4 additional  agent controlled links. You can place printable brochures or floor plans into the tour from your agent control panel.
